Island living. Your power plan.

What would power
your everyday?

Tell us about your home and the things you run. We’ll turn that into a practical starting point for your solar panels, batteries and inverter.

Step 1 of 4

First, tell us about your place.

Estimates are welcome. No street address or personal contact details are required.

Step 2 of 4

Where will the panels go?

Choose what you observe at your property. Sunshine can vary a lot over short distances in Hawaiʻi.

Don’t know the roof details? Continue with estimates. Your report will show the approximate space needed.
Step 3 of 4

What do you want to power?

Add every appliance you want on solar or backup. Choose an appliance to start with typical values, then adjust them. For cycling equipment, hours mean equivalent full-power hours.

A refrigerator may be plugged in for 24 hours but its compressor cycles. The starter value is 150 watts × 8 equivalent hours. The first three appliance rows are editable examples—remove any you do not use. A/C starter values are rough estimates—measured kWh are much better.
Have a utility bill or measured energy use?
Step 4 of 4

How much reserve feels right?

We’ll suggest a starting system and show what the battery reserve means in everyday use.

Your report is a preliminary guide: “This could be the system you need.” You can change any answer and recalculate without contacting anyone.
