Where We Ship

• Big Island (Hawaii): Delivery available. Fees based on location.
• All other islands (Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai): Customer pickup required at the Young Brothers terminal on your island. No door-to-door delivery for large orders.

Shipping Methods

• Small items: Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS to your provided address.
• Large items (batteries, solar panels, heavy equipment): Shipped via inter-island freight (Young Brothers). Customer pickup required at Young Brothers terminal.

Delivery Timeframes

• All Islands: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on freight schedules.

Free Shipping Offer

• Orders totaling $15,000 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING to your nearest Young Brothers terminal.

Special Deliveries

We generally do not offer special or door-to-door deliveries on islands other than the Big Island.

Exceptions may be made for substantial orders. Please contact us directly if you have special delivery requirements for large orders.
